Brian Lessler's Bio
Brian Lessler is the owner and principal of PDG Construction Services. He provides leadership and oversight on all company operations. His experience spans decades of successful operations in real estate acquisition and development, general contracting, and construction management of commercial, multi-family and residential master-planned communities. Brian has extensive expertise in risk management and contractual structures which satisfy specific requirements of clients and their construction projects.
Brian received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon with emphasis in real estate and finance. He is actively involved in community leadership having served as an Executive Board Member of the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of Mt. Hood Medical Center Foundation, President and Executive Board Member of East Metro Economic Alliance, Advisory Council Member for the Salvation Army, and Commissioner for Home Forward (formerly the Housing Authority of Portland).

Ben Stewart's Bio
Ben Stewart, P.E. is Vice President of Construction Operations and Board Member. He is an Oregon State University civil engineering graduate with vast experience in public and private projects. He has over 25 years experience in design and construction of commercial and residential projects. Ben oversees all construction operations for PDG and also assumes Sr. Project Manager responsibilities for select clients and projects. He is responsible for managing PDG’s most complex and challenging projects.
Ben is responsible for all aspects of PDG’s project management team from concept through completion. He has a proven track record of successful completion of multi-million dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with clients, architects, engineers, vendors and local officials while controlling costs. His finely honed skills in contract negotiations, project estimating, value engineering, scheduling, building code and regulatory compliance, project management and site safety bring value to our clients and business associates.

Pat Furgason's Bio
Pat Furgason is Controller, Corporate Treasurer and a Board Member. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting, staffing and systems for PDG Construction Services. Her extensive accounting and financial experience in the real estate investment, development and construction industries allow her to leverage a unique skill set that brings incredible value to PDG and our clients. She holds a BS in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting, from the University of Arizona.
Her strong management, organizational, and problem-solving skills along with her many years of relevant work experience provide the company with exceptional internal accounting strength, with the assurance of accurate records and timely reporting.
